Here’s the haps:
I have, quite literally, thousands of memes and comics on my computer. They are not all puns but I would guesstimate (since I can’t take the time to go look and add them up) that between comics and memes, making no mention of written stories, there are well over a thousand files of puns alone. Curated by myself and presented to you by me, please accept this baker’s dozen of memes.

I love your wordplay posts, Herb. (I also love the fact that when I put up a wordplay post myself I can count on at least one person to appreciate it and not groan and complain about how bad it is.)

“It’s got to be around here somewhere” is a variation on a favorite helpful saying of my Mrs. When I can’t find something, she tells me where it’s supposed to be. Which is always where I’m standing when I ask her where it is.
lol! Yes, but I’m more often the one who half-heartedly looks, knowing I couldn’t find my head if it weren’t screwed on.
The Z3d one is the best! I’m sure you won’t mind if I borrow a few of these ’cause I only have a few hundred such items in my backlog box.
