Dear Regular Readers, Loyal Fans, Friends, Fiends, Foes, and Casual Observers,

Here’s the Haps:

This has been a very busy month for us which is one of the reasons I chose the “Nothing But Memes” theme. I figured I could just dump a bunch of memes and schedule the posts and be done. Except that my mind doesn’t work like that. I really do curate each post, even the random ones, and I try to format them into something that I would enjoy if I were visiting someone else’s blog. This perfectionism has caused this project to go slower than I planned, although, as I type this, I am about 3 days ahead. I have to sort out some of the pictures from our 45th anniversary celebration and coming up this week I will be going on our annual Father & Son Men’s Campout. If you don’t get posts for a couple of days that’ll be the likely cause, although my plan is to schedule enough days ahead so I can maintain this streak. After this month of memes I don’t know what my blogging plans will be. I do have some posts in my draft folder just waiting for me to get back to them plus reports on some of the things I’ve been doing this month but don’t have time to write about.
