I have respect for anyone trying to raise kids in any era. I love and like all of my kids and grandkids and those who’ve adopted me.

True story: when our two oldest grandchildren, who are adults now, were toddlers, they were quiet and nobody knew where they had gone. We found them by the dog’s dishes, pouring the dog water on the dry dog food and then feeding it to each other with spoons like it was cereal.
