Here’s the Haps:
Time escapes pretty quickly. I spent a lot of time over the last few days looking at this subscription problem, and I’m kind of unhappy with the WP system at the moment. I don’t find a lot of consistency in their responses, but I was told by someone that they have updated some things again. This generally means they’ve fixed one thing and screwed up something else. I’m wondering if I may have brought some of this upon myself. I did change my URL for the blog and changed my hosting to GoDaddy’s managed WordPress hosting. But both of those events were a while ago now. I don’t know. I’m going to let it cook for a couple of days and then revisit it.
No offense intended to you faithful followers but I have more important things going on sometimes. I re-webbed some lawn chairs my wife bought very cheap at an estate sale, the 3-year-old and the 5-year-old are out of school, and coming up June 5th, we will be celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. The last several years we have tried to find something special to do and doing such things takes time and planning. Today should be day 60 of the current streak but I’m not sure how much longer I will be able to maintain it. Of course, I do have thousands of memes and cartoons. I could probably create a “Blog Every Day Using Nothing But Memes, Jokes, and Cartoons Challenge” for a month. Hmmm…
