Well, I have completed the 30-day posting challenge. I always feel good when I complete a thing like this. I am thankful for all of you, my loyal followers. Not only do I have some of the most intelligent and diverse people in my audience but I also have some of the nicest and most supportive.

Thought provoking as usual, Herb. I never really got the whole beyond meat thing. If you do not want to eat meat, why spend all that time inventing something that looks and tastes like meat? Cheers. Allan

They really are. I had to look that one up to make sure it was a real pic. I don’t remember the details but they are climbing the side of a dam if I recall.
