There’s another reason to avoid red text: those with certain types of colour blindness may see it as brown, or even black. So if you have an important message to put across — they won’t appreciate it in the way you think they will.

Interesting about the red. I can’t even remember what Youtube clip it was, lol.
It’s a common problem. Recently, I’ve started putting captions on the clips to give me a hint should they vanish in future.
